To check the status of your order any time, seven days a week, view your Order Status.
We do not ship over the weekends, and the cutoff time for shipments are 2pm on Thursdays. If your order is confirmed after 2pm on Thursday, it will be shipped on the following Monday.
Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed by Vanscoy Diamonds or its carriers. We do our best to accomplish the above stated targets and goals but cannot be held responsible for events that cause the carriers to be delayed. Shipping options do not include Saturday and Sunday delivery.
* Please Note that Overnight shipping refers to the shipping method once your order is processed. Orders may still take up to 10 days to be delivered to you as the manufacturing process can vary depending on the item being purchased.
In Store Pickup: You will receive an email indicating your order is ready for pickup. Please bring this email and a photo ID to the store for proof of purchase.
Adult Signature: To receive your shipment, an adult must be present and sign for the package. You can also request that the package be sent to the closest FedEx location for pick up. To arrange this, please call one of our customer service agents at 336-855-0103 FREE
Customer Inspection Return Shipping: We charge a $35 return shipping fee for orders sent for customer inspection. If you have any questions regarding the return shipping fee, please call 336-855-0103 FREE
In-stock & Special Order Purchases: You will receive a purchase confirmation via e-mail once your credit card information has been verified and authenticated. You can expect our in-stock items to ship the same or next day. Special orders require additional time for processing and cannot ship same day. You can expect your special order to arrive on average 4 to 6 weeks. (Subject to change)
