I'm writing to give a quick shout out to Sarah Sellers. I had a pretty incredible retail experience with her today.She was recommended to me by a co-worker when i asked, "Do you know of a jeweler in town who could find me a wedding band that is less traditional?" As soon as I entered the store, Sarah was a great listener and together, in a very deliberate, focused, open and conversational way, we created what I've been looking for in vain for the better part of two years.We've only just begun our customization journey together, but I can tell it's going to be really great.It was such a relief to find someone like her that understood my vision, even when I wasn't quite sure what it was. Not yet, anyway! Ok. Just a quick note to say how much I appreciated that experience today. You're lucky to have her!

My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Van Scoy. I accompanied him a few times during the selection process. Helen was our consultant, and let me say, I just love her! She was very accommodating and walked us through the entire process, offering her expertise along the way, but at the same time not being pushy. We didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase, thanks to Helen.

Van Scoy was the only jeweler in our area who treated my husband respectfully when he went in to inquire about my engagement ring. They took him seriously and treated him as a potential customer, not some kid who doesn't have enough money to be worthy of stepping foot in a jewelry store. The were kind to him and supported and guided him. They treated us equally well when we picked out our wedding bands. They worked with us financially and respected our choices.
