3:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Hotel & Show Check-in & Spa/Beauty Service Sign-up The Wedding Show of the NC Mountains kicks off Friday, November 18 with hotel room & show check-in between 3:00 and 8:00 P.M. At this time you will be given a chance to sign up for one free spa or beauty service for the evening. Scheduling is on a first-come, first-serve basis. 8:00 P.M. – until… Spa and Beauty Services, Photography and Videography. At 8:00 P.M. The “Spotlight on You” night begins with an array of options to pamper brides and bridesmaids for the big day including, massages, manicures, make-up services and hairstyling. Simultaneously photographers and videographers will be displaying their work and snapping shots of the evening’s events. Photos will available for purchase the week after the Show. Music will set the evening’s tone as DJ’s showcase their services. Couple all this with gourmet appetizers, wine & champagne and relaxing by the pool or in the hot tub and you have the ideal end to a hectic travel day!!!Saturday, November 19, 2011: The Celebration

Venue Tours hosted by Wedding Planners In and around Blowing Rock, NC there is a veritable host of gorgeous venues for wedding ceremonies, receptions and rehearsal dinners. What better way to find that special venue for your wedding day than to see, feel and taste it through a tour of properties hosted by local wedding planners that have held countless weddings at these very spots?!! 12:15 P.M. – 1:45 P.M. Hats, Heels & Pearls Bridal Luncheon Who needs an excuse to dress-up for lunch??? Feel free to dress accordingly at the Meadowbrook Inn’s Hat’s Heels and Pearls Bridal Luncheon where delectable cuisine is set against a backdrop of uncommonly beautiful wedding cakes, floral arrangements and stationary. Music will complete the ensemble with DJ’s playing their best tunes for the occasion. 2:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. Wedding Planners continue to host Venue Tours. 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. Free Time – Rest up. Little Black Dress Party Get the party started with your little black dress, a Meadowbrook Inn gourmet dinner with signature cocktails, and elegant wedding dinner rentals, table linens and floral arrangements by vendors from around the High Country! A veritable feast for the senses is guaranteed. Photographers will be in attendance to capture all the fun, festivities and flourishes, and a DJ showcase will rock the house! 9:30 P.M. – 10:15 P.M.
